As a microbiology instructor, this is THE most user-friendly laboratory manual that I have ever used. Students love the clarity of the material and the exercises are broken up nicely into discrete labs. As the previous reviewer notes, yes, it is a loose-leaf package designed to be put into your own binder, but that is because (1) not all of the labs are likely to be used and (2) it allows you to turn them in as required by your instructor. I've never heard any complaints from my students about it, especially when comparable lab manuals are $70 - $80.
this is a lose leaf print manual. it comes 3-hole punched so you can easily fit it into a binder. step by step instructions on each of the labs, which i find a little redundant, but hey, repeat makes perfect!
The lab manual looks like it has been copied from an original!!! Isn't this illegal? Not allowed in my class.

This book wasn't the actual book. It was a very obvious photo copy. They didn't even bother to hole-punch it for me. It was the least they could have done after I shelled out for a "like new" book that was an illegal copy sold for profit. Very poor quality don't buy from this user.
